Administrative Modernisation: Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb Reviews Strategic Priority Files

๐๐ต๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ โ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐๐๐ โย Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb chaired, on Wednesday, a meeting of the Government devoted to a set of priority files related to the modernisation of State governance, with a particular focus on digital transformation and strategic planning, in line with the orientations of the President of the Republic.
According to a communiquรฉ issued by the Prime Ministerโs services, the Government heard a detailed presentation on the development of Algeriaโs social map. This initiative aims to establish a robust decision-support tool designed to enable an integrated system of planning, coordination and monitoring. Its purpose is to ensure the efficient orientation of public policies and financial resources towards priority development programmes, both at the national and local levels, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and coherence of public action.
Within the same framework, the Government continued its examination of major projects linked to the implementation of Algeriaโs digital transformation strategy, in accordance with the presidential instructions. Particular attention was devoted to assessing the progress achieved in the digitisation of ministerial sectors, with the objective of strengthening transparency, combating bureaucratic practices, and facilitating equitable and efficient access to information and public services for citizens.
The Government also pursued discussions on the national digital services portal, โDzair Digital Servicesโ, which seeks to structure and unify public digital services addressed to citizens. This platform is designed to improve service quality, enhance efficiency and simplify administrative procedures, notably through the establishment of a unified access point to digital public services.
The communiquรฉ further underlined that this national platform contributes to consolidating digital exchanges between various public administrations, thereby ensuring greater visibility and coherence of public policies.
In parallel, the Government reviewed the progress of several public projects related to the development of urban hubs, sports and road infrastructures, as well as initiatives aimed at enhancing the management of Algerian airspace. These efforts reflect a comprehensive approach to administrative modernisation, combining digital efficiency with strategic infrastructure development in support of sustainable national growth.
