French Politician Gilbert Collard Exposes Moroccan Regime’s Offer of “Humanitarian Aid” to the Occupiers Following Iranian Missile Response

Algiers, Algeria | June 18th, 2025 —  In a move that has ignited outrage across the Arab world, the Moroccan regime has offered humanitarian assistance to the Zionist entity in the wake of Iran’s missile response to the regime’s unprovoked airstrike on Iranian soil. The revelation came from Gilbert Collard, a former French member of the European Parliament and well-known supporter of the Zionist occupation, who disclosed the information in a Facebook post praising the Moroccan monarchy.

“Morocco has announced its readiness to provide humanitarian aid to Israel… In Morocco, there is a great people with a great king!” Collard wrote, deliberately glorifying a regime that is now openly embracing ties with an occupying force condemned globally for its crimes against civilians, particularly in Gaza and the West Bank.

The timing of Rabat’s offer is highly controversial, coming just days after Iran launched a retaliatory missile strike in response to the Zionist entity’s blatant violation of Iranian sovereignty. Instead of condemning the illegal aggression that led to the escalation, the Moroccan monarchy chose to align itself once again with the occupiers, further deepening its betrayal of Arab and Islamic solidarity.

Gilbert Collard, known for his far-right affiliations and unwavering defense of Tel Aviv, has previously served as a member of France’s National Assembly and was part of the European Parliament between July 2019 and July 2024. He is currently the head of the far-right “Alternative France” movement and author of the book “Memoirs Without Defense.”

Morocco’s actions not only expose the regime’s willingness to normalize and appease an apartheid system, but also underscore its disregard for the Palestinian cause and the collective stance of North African and Muslim-majority nations. While Algeria continues to stand firm in its principled support for Palestine and opposition to all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity, Rabat accelerates its cooperation with a regime engaged in war crimes and ethnic cleansing.

The Moroccan regime’s pro-Zionist shift has sparked renewed calls among Arab intellectuals and activists to boycott the Kingdom’s normalization agenda and hold accountable all regimes that undermine the Palestinian struggle for freedom and sovereignty.
