INSAT provides a secure and user-friendly interface enabling citizens to submit a wide array of requests related to postal services and electronic communications. The platform facilitates structured complaint submissions, the formulation of constructive suggestions, and digital requests for audience with relevant service departments, ensuring that citizens’ voices are heard in a streamlined and transparent manner.
The Ministry emphasized that INSAT guarantees prompt and accountable processing of all submissions, centralizing communications to create a single, effective channel.
