On Sunday, Algeria’s Minister of Transport, Said Sayoud, received the Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Algeria, Abdelaziz Ali Al-Naama, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Algiers.

According to an official statement issued by the Ministry of Transport, the meeting served as an opportunity to assess the current state of bilateral relations and explore avenues for enhanced collaboration, particularly in light of both nations’ strategic ambitions in infrastructure and mobility development.

During the discussions, both parties exchanged views on mechanisms to deepen cooperation across various branches of the transport industry, emphasizing the importance of sustained dialogue and technical partnership. The two officials also explored the possibility of institutionalizing the exchange of expertise and best practices, aiming to leverage the comparative advantages of both countries.
