ALGIERS- This Friday marks a significant day for the international energy community as the Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, is set to lead Algeria’s delegation in the 49th meeting of the OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC). Participating via videoconference, Arkab’s presence promises to bring crucial insights to the table and strengthen cooperation among participating nations.

The JMMC’s bimonthly meeting is dedicated to the assessment of decisions taken by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) in light of the rapidly evolving global oil market dynamics.
