Algerian Ministry of Foreign Trade Extends Deadline for Importers to Submit 2024–2025 Documentation

In response to mounting requests from numerous economic operators, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion has officially extended the deadline for submitting mandatory documentation initially outlined in its June 22, 2025, announcement. The announcement, published on the Ministry’s official website, was directed at all businesses—both natural and legal persons—that conducted import operations under “fonctionnement” (operational management) and/or “équipement” (equipment acquisition) during the year 2024 and the first half of 2025.

Acknowledging the pressing demands of importers across various sectors, the Ministry declared that the final date for submitting the required documents has now been postponed to August 15, 2025. This extension is intended to ease the administrative burden on economic operators and ensure a more inclusive and responsive data collection process.

In a notable move towards simplification, the Ministry specified that for two key documents—the client list form (ETAT 104) and the technical sheet outlining theoretical and actual production capacities—only the official stamp and signature of the concerned institution will be required. This measure removes the previously implied obligation for external authentication, thus streamlining the submission process for companies with tight operational schedules.

All required documentation must be submitted exclusively via email to the following address:
