Algeria’s High Security Council Expresses Regret over Hostile Acts from Arab Sisterly Country

Algiers, Algeria – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who also serves as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, presided over a meeting of the High Security Council on Wednesday, as reported by the Presidential Office.

The meeting, held on January 10, 2024, delved into a comprehensive examination of the general situation within the country and the security dynamics related to neighboring nations and the Sahel region. Notably, the High Security Council expressed its concerns about hostile actions directed towards Algeria, originating from a brotherly Arab country.
