Through a post on its official Facebook page, the company explained that customers could change their address by visiting the nearest post office with the required documents.

The documents needed for this process include:

1. Proof of residence,
2. A copy of the national ID card,
3. Completion of the application form at the post office,
4. Submission of the file at the post office corresponding to the new address.
