Algiers, Algeria | May 31, 2024 — Algérie Télécom has announced a revision of its commercial agency working hours for the summer season, effective from June 1 to September 30, 2024. This adjustment aims to better serve customers and maintain service reliability during the hot summer months.
Northern Regions Schedule
In the northern regions, commercial agencies will operate from Saturday to Thursday, with extended hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This schedule is designed to offer greater flexibility and accessibility to customers, accommodating the longer summer days.
Southern Regions Schedule
For the southern regions, a split schedule has been implemented to mitigate the effects of extreme heat. Agencies in these areas will open from Saturday to Thursday, with morning hours from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and evening hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This adjustment ensures that services are accessible during the cooler parts of the day, enhancing customer comfort and service availability.
Customer Service Points
Customer service points will follow a tailored approach to meet regional needs:
– Northern Regions: Open from Sunday to Thursday, operating from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
– Southern Regions: Available from Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
All customer service points in both northern and southern regions will also remain open on Saturdays, adhering to the same hours as during the rest of the week. This initiative is part of Algérie Télécom’s commitment to ensuring continuous and reliable service throughout the summer.
