Algiers – October 2025 – In a step toward strengthening innovation, knowledge sharing, and entrepreneurial vitality, Algérie Télécom Annaba signed eight strategic partnership agreements on Thursday, October 30, 2025, with a distinguished array of institutions and organizations active in education, research, technology, and creativity.
The agreements were signed with the Higher School of Management, the Higher School of Technology and Engineering, the Directorate of Vocational Training and Education, the Center for Environmental Research, the University of May 8, 1945, Guelma, the Juna Association, the Hedje Startup Incubator, and the Seybouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Together, these collaborations establish a comprehensive framework aimed at stimulating entrepreneurial spirit, scientific cooperation, and applied research within Algeria’s growing digital and educational ecosystem.
Through these partnerships, Algérie Télécom reaffirms its determination to play a proactive role in national development, contributing effectively to the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship, the exchange of expertise and technical skills, and the implementation of joint academic and community-based projects focused on digitalization, training, and applied research. This initiative reflects the company’s long-term strategic vision to build a sustainable and dynamic ecosystem that connects universities, enterprises, and civil society as key drivers of Algeria’s socio-economic advancement.
