ANGEM General Management Honors Employees on International Labor Day

ALGIERS- The General Management of the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM) organized a ceremony at the Les Sables d’Or Hotel in Zeralda to honor its employees on International Labor Day.

Supervised by the Agency’s General Director, Souad Bendjemil, the ceremony symbolizes the principle of encouragement and fair treatment for each employee. It also serves as recognition for the efforts of those who retired during the years 2023/2024 and acknowledges their contributions throughout their professional careers. Additionally, it pays tribute to employees who passed away earlier this year. The ceremony also acknowledges the outstanding performance of the provincial branches (wilayas) in debt recovery from microcredit beneficiaries.

During the event, retirees and the families of the deceased employees were honored, as well as the top three wilayas achieving the highest loan recovery rates nationwide. They were awarded certificates of honor and prizes in appreciation of their dedication to the National Microcredit Management Agency and the Mutual Guarantee Fund for Microcredits (FGMMC).

The National Microcredit Agency places great importance on its human resources, recognizing them as the primary drivers of its activities. It is committed to continually motivating its leaders and employees to contribute to the organization’s development and prosperity.
