“Architect of Chaos”: UAE's Tahnoun bin Zayed Accused of Engineering Instability Across the Arab and African World

Reliable sources reveal a damning strategy by Abu Dhabi’s National Security Advisor Tahnoun bin Zayed to fuel regional conflicts, whitewash war crimes in Sudan, and manipulate public opinion through propaganda and cyber-influence campaigns.

Algiers, Algeria | May 7th, 2025 — According to exclusive information obtained by Dzair Tube from highly credible sources, the UAE’s National Security Advisor, Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan—also referred to by insiders as the “Architect of Chaos”—has been implicated in orchestrating systematic destabilization campaigns across the Arab, Islamic, and African worlds. Tahnoun, the influential brother of Emirati ruler Mohamed bin Zayed, oversees vast financial operations amounting to billions of dollars, which are funneled to arm warlords, fund mercenaries, and sow discord in nations targeted for regime manipulation or economic control.

Operating under the guise of humanitarian concern, Tahnoun’s strategy relies heavily on the manipulation of public narratives. A verified insider account shared on platform X (formerly Twitter) by the pseudonymous user “UAE Shadow Minister” reveals that the UAE’s strategic media office—under Tahnoun’s direct supervision—recently launched an aggressive propaganda campaign aimed at salvaging his reputation amid growing public resentment. The campaign seeks to reframe the UAE’s actions through a deceptive narrative of generosity and peacebuilding, particularly emphasizing “humanitarian aid” efforts in conflict zones such as Africa and Palestine, while whitewashing its covert military and political interference.

Sudan, currently engulfed in a brutal civil conflict, has become the focal point of this manipulation. Leaked intelligence points to Tahnoun’s longstanding backing of the notorious Rapid Support Forces (RSF), led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, also known as Hemetti. This militia has been widely accused of committing atrocities and undermining the Sudanese state. In an attempt to preempt international scrutiny, including war crimes investigations at the International Criminal Court (ICC), the UAE has embarked on a multifaceted image-laundering operation. This includes staged videos featuring RSF members portraying themselves as nationalists and freedom fighters who support the Palestinian cause—an overt attempt to exploit emotionally charged symbols to gain regional sympathy.

The campaign also involves mobilizing social media influencers, many of whom had previously been perceived as neutral voices, to create a facade of grassroots support for Emirati policies. These influencers are tasked with spreading a carefully crafted message that critics of the UAE are merely driven by envy of its supposed success, thus reframing widespread condemnation as baseless hostility.

Meanwhile, at the international level, the UAE—under Tahnoun’s directive—has enlisted the services of a British public relations firm to publish reports portraying the Emirates as a “peace mediator” in Sudan. These PR efforts are coordinated with diplomatic moves involving the UK government, facilitated by the Zionist lobby, with the intention of inserting the UAE into peace processes from which the Sudanese army and legitimate government actors are conspicuously excluded. This strategy aims to neutralize Sudan’s legal case against the UAE at the International Court of Justice by manipulating Western public opinion and international discourse.

Crucially, Tahnoun is also accused of serving as the primary architect of the security and intelligence coordination between Abu Dhabi and the Zionist entity. He is leading a clandestine alliance aimed at undermining all countries and movements that reject normalization and oppose the so-called Abraham Accords. By aligning Emirati interests with those of the Zionist entity, Tahnoun is not only entrenching foreign influence in the region but also destabilizing national sovereignties under the guise of “counterterrorism” and “economic cooperation.”

Despite the grand narrative being spun, voices across Sudan and the broader region are rising in defiance. “Those who attempt to cleanse their weapons with the blood of their victims will stop at nothing to pay for applause,” warned the anonymous UAE whistleblower. “But they forget—the consciousness of nations has shifted. Sudan has exposed them with its voice, not just its arms.”
