Top-tier Indian contractor explores new gas and infrastructure ventures in Algeria as final acceptance nears for major gas processing facilities delivered in 2024

Algiers, Algeria | May 20th, 2025 — In a move that signals stronger bilateral industrial cooperation, the President and CEO of Sonatrach, Rachid Hachichi, received on Tuesday a high-level delegation from Larsen & Toubro (L&T), one of the world’s leading engineering and construction conglomerates, headquartered in Mumbai, India.
