China Accepts Credentials from Newly-appointed Algerian Ambassador to China, Kaid Slimane Lahcen

ALGIERS- On November 2, 2023, Hong Lei, the Director-General of the Protocol Department at the Chinese Foreign Ministry, received the copy of credentials from Kaid Slimane Lahcen, the recently appointed Ambassador of Algeria to China. Ambassador Lahcen arrived in China on October 27, marking the beginning of his diplomatic mission.

In a formal ceremony, Director-General Hong Lei accepted the official documentation, symbolizing the recognition of Ambassador Lahcen’s authority. This event highlights the mutual commitment to fostering strong bilateral ties and promoting cooperation in various fields.
