𝓐𝓵𝓰𝓲𝓮𝓻𝓼 – 𝓙𝓪𝓷𝓾𝓪𝓻𝔂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – The assets of Plastic Algeria Components (PAC), based in the wilaya of Tissemsilt, have been officially transferred to the portfolio of the holding company Algeria Chemical Specialities (ACS), as part of the State’s policy for the recovery, valorization, and reintegration of confiscated assets into the national economic fabric, according to a statement issued Sunday by the company.

The transfer of assets from the State Property Directorate to the holding company, represented by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Samir Yahiaoui, took place last Saturday. This operation marks a key milestone in the process of rehabilitating recovered industrial assets and restoring their productive role within the national economy.

On this occasion, Mr. Yahiaoui chaired an extraordinary general assembly dedicated to the establishment of the headquarters of the newly rebranded company—now named General Plastic Injection (GPI)—in Tissemsilt. The meeting focused on relaunching the company’s activities under optimal conditions, safeguarding the production capacities of the industrial unit, initiating a new phase of governance and development, and ensuring the preservation of jobs and the protection of workers previously employed under the former company.

According to the same source, this transfer constitutes a critical step in the revalorization of the industrial unit through its integration into the holding structure. This approach aims to ensure the effective exploitation of production assets, enhance operational performance, and strengthen industrial value added.

In its statement, the holding company reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the public authorities’ directives concerning the revival of recovered assets. It emphasized its determination to valorize confiscated property through a modern economic approach based on value creation, capable of supporting local development in the wilaya of Tissemsilt and contributing effectively to the strengthening of the national industrial base and the overall economy.
