Daily Mail Exposes Racial Abuse Faced by Vinicius in Morocco, Describing Him as a “Monkey” -Video

ALGIERS- The British newspaper “Daily Mail” has published an article detailing the racial abuse suffered by Real Madrid star, Brazilian Vinicius Junior, during a friendly match with school children during his visit to Morocco.

Accompanying the article is a video clip showing Vinicius Junior being subjected to racial abuse by Moroccan children during his recent visit to Morocco.

The article mentions that the Brazilian winger enjoyed a short vacation in Marrakech last month, where he spent time meeting fans and playing football with youths as part of his role as a goodwill ambassador for UNESCO.

Vinicius visited a school in Marrakech where footage circulated on social media showed the 23-year-old receiving racial abuse from spectators during a friendly match.

He was described as a “monkey” on at least two occasions by some spectators while playing football with young people.

These racial remarks come amid plans, including those by King Mohammed VI and Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez, to promote the FIFA World Cup, which will be held in both countries.
