She reaffirmed the pivotal role of civil society in defending Algeria’s national cohesion and sovereignty, calling on associations and grassroots actors to strengthen support for state institutions and deepen national awareness. Civil society, she stressed, is a strategic partner in addressing current challenges and safeguarding the country’s unity.

Dr. Hamlaoui also engaged directly with local associations, attentively listening to their concerns and responding to their proposals. She reiterated the Observatory’s commitment to supporting on-the-ground actors and relaying their voices to relevant authorities within the framework of an inclusive and participatory governance approach.

In a gesture of recognition, Dr. Hamlaoui held a special session with women leaders in civil society, praising their crucial contributions to the associative landscape. She emphasized the Observatory’s continued efforts to empower women and enhance their participation in national development initiatives.

Concluding her visit, Dr. Hamlaoui called for sustained, patriotic fieldwork, asserting that relying on the awareness and engagement of civil society remains the cornerstone of confronting modern-day challenges and building a strong, resilient, and secure Algeria.
