ALGIERS – On the occasion of Eid al Fitr, President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sealed, Wednesday, a presidential decree pardoning 8985 prisoners with final sentences, announced the Presidency of the Republic in a communiqué.
“On the occasion of Eid al Fitr and in accordance with paragraphs 7 and 8 of Article 91 of the Constitution, President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sealed a presidential decree pardoning 8985 prisoners with final sentences,” read the communiqué.
