Energy Minister Arkab begins inspection visit to jijel province

ALGIERS-  The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, began, today, Monday, an inspection visit to the province of Jijel.

Upon his arrival, the Minister listened to a presentation on the energy situation of the province which has a coverage rate of 92% for electricity and 79% for gas.

The wilaya of Jijel has 32 multi-service stations and a fuel storage center with a capacity of 2,300 cubic meters, which guarantees an autonomy of 7 days.
