Boutbigh reaffirmed that the El Moustakbal Front remains fully engaged in constructive national dialogue, open to all initiatives that genuinely serve Algeria’s higher interests—well beyond the realm of personal ambition or transient political gains. He underscored the party’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a political culture based on discipline, responsibility, and institutional integrity.

“The El Moustakbal Front,” he told Dzair Tube, “has elevated the national political discourse by anchoring its strategy in moral clarity and structured governance. We are not improvisers—we are builders.”

From Congress to Council: A Roadmap of Purpose

The recent National Bureau meeting, he noted, was a key organizational milestone ahead of the upcoming second ordinary session of the National Council, a statutory event shaped by the success of the Third National Congress held in January 2024 under the theme: ‘We Commit, Therefore We Can’.

This forthcoming session will feature the presentation of both the political and financial reports, in addition to a strategic assessment of the National Council’s various commissions. The gathering, Boutbigh explained, will also provide a space for profound reflection on Algeria’s current political challenges.

Strategic Pillar Within the Presidential Majority

As a principal actor within the presidential majority, El Moustakbal Front sees itself as a pivotal partner in the implementation of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s reform agenda. Boutbigh reaffirmed the party’s role in strengthening the executive arm and ensuring the practical execution of the President’s vision for national renewal.

He highlighted the party’s influence within the Council of the Nation, particularly its foundational parliamentary bloc composed of 15 representatives actively engaged in the legislative process.

Boutbigh spoke movingly about the trust bestowed upon the party by its grassroots base and national institutions, asserting that this trust demands nothing short of principled leadership and unwavering responsibility.
