Fight against terrorism: A batch of weapons recovered in Ain Defla

Following this success, detachments of the ANP carried out research and combing operations in Ain Defla, in the 1st Military Region, which led to the recovery of a batch of arms and ammunition. The recovered weapons included a 60 mm caliber mortar, a +FMPK+ type machine gun, two pump shotguns, two +Simonov+ type semi-automatic rifles, three repeating rifles, two hunting rifles, two + Colt + type automatic pistols, four magazines, nine shells for 60 mm mortar, 1646 bullets of different calibers, four grenades, and other effects.

This successful operation is a testament to the ANP’s commitment to fighting terrorism and ensuring the safety and security of the Algerian people. The recovery of these weapons will undoubtedly disrupt the activities of terrorist groups and prevent them from carrying out their nefarious plans.
