ALGIERS- In a recent inspection visit to key agencies under his purview, Finance Minister Laaziz Faid underscored the critical importance of implementing reforms in public finance. The minister emphasized that these reforms are instrumental in enhancing financial stability and ensuring sustainable development. According to a statement from the ministry, Minister Faid highlighted that the success of these reforms is intricately linked to the human resource factor.

Human Capital Vital for the Success of Financial Reforms

During his visit to entities such as the General Directorate of State Property and the Inspectorate General of Finance, Minister Faid inspected working conditions and received presentations on ongoing activities, projects, achievements, and encountered challenges. He stressed the pivotal role of the workforce in achieving the objectives of established financial policies.

In the same statement, Minister Faid urged all employees to elevate their performance levels and double their individual and collective efforts to meet the goals of financial policies. He specifically emphasized the importance of fostering creativity and innovation in task implementation.

Additionally, Minister Faid called for special attention to be given to the development of skills and abilities of the employees. He highlighted that investing in human resources enhances organizational capabilities and deepens positive interaction.
