FM Attaf Engages in Bilateral Talks with Indonesian Counterpart

ALGIERS– During his participation in the high-level session of the Security Council, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, engaged in bilateral talks with his counterpart from the Republic of Indonesia, Ms. Retno Marsudi, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York today.
The discussion primarily focused on the dire circumstances resulting from the Zionist aggression against innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip. Both parties shared information regarding the humanitarian aid efforts undertaken by their respective nations to provide relief to the besieged Palestinian people, who have been deprived of basic means of sustenance and survival.
Furthermore, the ministers addressed the upcoming visit of Minister Retno Marsudi to Algeria in December. They thoroughly examined various matters pertaining to the longstanding historical relations between their countries, which have been experiencing significant positive growth and activity.
