Higher Education: MoU between Algeria, Yemen

ALGIERS- The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, will co-chair the signing ceremony of the executive program of cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research between Algeria and Yemen for the years 2023-2024-2025. This event will take place on Wednesday, November 8, and will be attended by Khaled Ahmed Al-Wasabi, the Yemeni Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education, and Vocational Training.

Arriving in Algiers on Tuesday, Minister Al-Wasabi leads a delegation. He was warmly received at the Houari Boumediene-Algiers International Airport by Abdelhakim Benttelis, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Youcef Houri, advisor to the minister, Athmane Sahari, director of cooperation and inter-university exchanges at the ministry, and the Yemeni ambassador, Mohammed Ali El Yazidi Alaoui.

This occasion marks the commitment of both Algeria and Yemen to foster collaboration and exchange in the realm of higher education and scientific research. The executive program of cooperation, spanning the years 2023-2025, signifies a shared vision for the advancement of knowledge and the development of human capital in both nations.
