Speaking on Tuesday, the minister confirmed that responses to subscribers of AADL 3—either acceptance or rejection—will be issued before the end of July, a timeline eagerly awaited by thousands of applicants across the country.

Belaribi emphasized that this decisive step will enable the continuation of the subscription process, thereby bringing clarity and momentum to a project that has sparked widespread public interest and hope for affordable housing solutions.

In a notable announcement, the Minister revealed that the AADL 3 housing units will be equipped with central heating for the first time, marking a qualitative leap in the standard of public housing. This feature is expected to significantly improve comfort levels for future residents, especially in colder regions.

The minister’s statements were made on the sidelines of a high-level ministerial visit to the exhibition halls of participating stakeholders during the 44th General Assembly of Shelter Afrique, which is currently underway.
