ALGIERS- Minister of National Education Abdelhakim Belabed kicked off on Sunday, in the province of Ouargla, the Baccalaureate examination for 2023.
On this occasion, all the security and health measures were taken for the success of this examination.
In addition to the adviser to the President of the Republic, in charge of National Education and Higher Education, the minister was accompanied by the governor of the province, representatives of the civil and military authorities, deputies and representatives of the organizations of students’ parents.
The Bac 2023 exams commenced today at the national level, with a total of 790,515 candidates, including 269,539 free candidates, across six sectors: natural and life sciences, mathematics, technical mathematics, management and economics, foreign languages, and philosophy.
