ALGIERS- It was in the presence of some of his government colleagues, namely; the Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Lakhdar Rekhroukh; the Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Ali Aoun; the Minister of Trade and Promotion of Exports, Tayeb Zitouni; the Minister of the Environment and Renewable Energies, Fazia Dahleb; and the Minister of Hydraulics, Taha Derbal that the Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Tarik Belaribi, inaugurated, this Sunday, the 25th edition of the International Building, Building Materials, and Public Works Exhibition (Batimatec 2023).
The event is hosted from May 7 to 11 at the Palace of Expositions (Pins maritimes) in Algiers. More than 900 companies from the sector are taking part, including 350 foreign exhibitors representing 20 countries.
Co-organized by the company “Batimatec-expo” and the Algerian Society of Fairs and Exports (Safex), the fair is placed under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City.
