Message from Algerian Minister of Solidarity to Palestinian Female Students in Algeria

ALGIERS- The Minister of Solidarity, Family, and Women’s Issues, Kaoutar Krikou, presided over the inauguration of the Media Day in Solidarity with Palestinian Women at the Family Center for Social Security in Ben Aknoun.

During this event, Krikou stated, “We have organized this symposium to reaffirm Algeria’s unwavering support for the resilience and struggle of Palestinian women, while condemning the violations committed by the occupying entity against women and children.”

The Minister of Solidarity conveyed a heartfelt message to the Palestinian female students in Algeria, emphasizing the importance of patience and unwavering determination. “To the Palestinian female students in Algeria, I urge you to remain steadfast and resolute. We firmly believe in the triumph of the Palestinian cause, and we are convinced that the Palestinians’ unwavering struggle will ultimately lead to an honorable victory.”

Continuing her address, the Minister highlighted the historical significance of Algerian women, who have left an indelible mark throughout the nation’s history. Their unwavering determination and struggle to liberate their homeland mirror the path followed by Palestinian women, who face numerous human rights violations perpetrated by the oppressive entity.

Expressing the deep empathy of the Algerian people, who wholeheartedly support the Palestinian cause, the Minister acknowledged the suffering endured by the Palestinian people amidst their current circumstances.

Furthermore, the Minister of Solidarity and Women’s Issues reaffirmed Algeria’s resolute stance, as dictated by the country’s supreme leadership, towards this just cause, echoing the sentiments expressed in the November 1 statement.
