According to an official communiqué from the Ministry, the meeting is part of a broader consultation campaign aimed at involving cultural and artistic figures in designing and enriching summer camp programs for children and youth, both within Algeria and abroad. The meeting served as a platform for exchanging ideas about a comprehensive summer program that blends recreation, culture, arts, and education. On this occasion, Minister Hidaoui emphasized the importance of embedding meaningful artistic and educational content into youth programming—through theatrical performances, interactive workshops, and artistic expression that inspire imagination, critical thinking, and civic consciousness.
