Algiers – December 2025 – The Minister of Communication, Zoheir Bouamama, received on Monday in Algiers George Kordahi, former Lebanese Minister of Information and renowned journalist, who paid him a courtesy visit, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Communication.
The meeting between Mr. Bouamama and Mr. Kordahi provided an opportunity to discuss the mission of the media and its central role in delivering reliable information, as well as the objective and responsible analysis of national and international issues.
The discussions also emphasized the contribution of professional media to the promotion of positive values, the strengthening of a culture of dialogue, and the consolidation of national belonging, the communiqué added.
