The Kabyle community, which the conspirators attempted to instrumentalise, has always represented a loyal and integral component of the Algerian nation, historically defined by sacrifice, dignity, and unwavering national consciousness. Their rejection of separatist schemes has neutralised the threat before it could mature.
Today, what remains of the “MAK” terrorist movement is a fractured, leaderless structure disfigured by infighting, financial disputes, and collapsing allegiances, incapable of articulating a coherent vision or mobilising credible support.
This scandal has ultimately exposed the failure of Morocco’s destabilisation agenda, which presumed that Algeria could be dismantled with dark money and disposable proxies.
