ALGIERS- The Sider El Hadjar steel complex in Annaba has announced the appointment of a new CEO, marking a significant change in leadership. Karim Boulaioune has been chosen to replace Lotfi Kamel Manaa, as stated in the official press release.
The installation ceremony, held under the guidance of Lamine Sedrati, CEO of the Sider industrial group, was attended by executives from both the Imetal group (metallurgical and steel industries) and the Sider El Hadjar complex, along with representatives from the complex’s social partners.
During his speech, Karim Boulaioune, who previously held the same position at the Company of Metallic Achievements within the Imetal group, expressed his unwavering commitment to collaborate with all stakeholders. He emphasized his determination to leverage collective efforts in order to restore the complex’s prominent position within the steel industry.
