The fifth specific exhibition of Algerian products in Nouakchott (Mauritania) will be organized from January 19 to 24, said Wednesday a press release from EPE TASDIR SPA, a subsidiary of the Algerian Fairs and Exports Company (SAFEX), organizer of the event. .
Placed under the aegis of the Ministry of Trade and Export Promotion, this economic event will be held at the level of the esplanade of the Palais des Congrès in Nouakchott, with the participation of 150 companies, specifies the same source.
Algerian companies representing the sectors of agri-food, services, mechanics, steel and metallurgy, energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, as well as the electrical and electronic industries are taking part in the event.
Also, companies versed in building and construction materials, textiles, leather and ready-to-wear are expected at this 5th edition of the specific exhibition of Algerian products in Nouakchott.
According to the same source, the exhibition comes ”at a time when the authorities of the two countries have the firm will to work for the strengthening of bilateral economic and commercial relations, to intensify and diversify the segments of cooperation which offer highly promising”.
