President Tebboune Congratulates Zhor Ounissi

ALGIERS- The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent a message of heartfelt congratulations to the writer and former minister, Ms. Zhor Ounissi, for being awarded the “Yawm El Wafaa” Prize by the Kuwaiti foundation, “Souad Al-Sabah,” for her outstanding contributions to culture and innovation.
