President Tebboune Dismisses Two Daïra Heads

ALGIERS- In an official press release, the Ministry of the Interior announced that President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has signed a decree terminating the functions of two daïra heads.

The individuals affected by this decision are Oudina Lemnouer, the head of daïra in Annaba, and Serim Youcef, the head of daïra in Guerrara, located in the wilaya of Ghardaia.

The press release states that these local officials were dismissed due to their negligence in carrying out their assigned tasks and their failure to exercise discretion.

This action is a reflection of the President’s unwavering commitment to addressing the daily concerns of citizens and his zero-tolerance policy towards negligence.
