President Tebboune Honors Turkey’s Ambassador to Algeria with National Order of Merit

ALGIERS- In a gesture of appreciation and recognition, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune awarded the National Order of Merit, “Jadir” grade, to Ambassador Mahinur Ozdemir Goktas of Turkey. The prestigious distinction was bestowed upon her during her farewell visit, marking the conclusion of her successful tenure as Turkey’s ambassador to Algeria. The ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Enaddir Larbaoui, the director of the cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic.

The decision to honor Ambassador Goktas with the National Order of Merit reflects the deep respect and gratitude Algeria holds for her exceptional contributions in strengthening bilateral relations between Algeria and Turkey.
