ALGIERS- During his working and inspection visit to Djelfa on Sunday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune announced the upcoming launch of the third housing construction program, known as “AADL 3,” in 2024. This program will operate under the Rental-Sale framework.
President Tebboune made this announcement while conducting his visit to Djelfa, where he also revealed that subscriptions for the new housing program, overseen by the Housing Improvement and Development Agency (AADL), will commence in 2024.
The announcement took place during a presentation on the wilaya’s development program, with the presence of Djelfa’s wali, Amar Ali Bensaad.
It is worth noting that during the recent Council of Ministers, President Tebboune had already unveiled a new program that aims to construct 250,000 housing units. This initiative includes 150,000 units in the social category and an additional 100,000 units as rural housing aid.
