Party President Yuba El-Ghadioui and Spokesman Oussama Radouane rally Rif exiles across Europe, denouncing the Moroccan regime and calling for the revival of the Rif Republic.

Algiers, Algeria | May 3rd, 2025 — In a defiant move, the Rif National Party, led by President Yuba El-Ghadioui and party spokesperson Oussama Radouane, convened a strategic outreach meeting on Saturday with members of the Rif diaspora in the Dutch city of Utrecht, long recognized as a vital nucleus for the dispersed Rif community across Europe.

This gathering forms part of a broader political roadmap drawn by the party to reinforce direct ties with Rif exiles and capitalize on their political, social, and diplomatic influence in defense of what the party firmly asserts is the “righteous and non-negotiable cause of the Rif.”

Addressing a packed and emotionally charged assembly, the party’s leadership issued a thunderous denunciation of the Moroccan regime—labeled as “the Zionized colonial Makhzen”—accusing it of orchestrating the systematic displacement of the Rif people and the Judaization of their ancestral lands.

President El-Ghadioui issued a scathing indictment of the monarchy, declaring:

“The free Moroccan people have no part in this treacherous regime that has sold their dignity for foreign alliances. It has evicted its own citizens, handed over their homes and land to Zionist settlers, and continues to plunder our homeland to serve French and Israeli interests.”

The meeting resounded with calls from activists and former political prisoners—including figures like Murad Boulakjar and Ali Ghras—urging for a global campaign to expose the Moroccan regime’s colonial reality, and to galvanize international support for the self-determination of the Rif.

In a powerful closing declaration, participants affirmed that the dream of an independent Rif Republic remains alive and inevitable, emphasizing that its rebirth demands collective mobilization, unwavering resistance, and strategic international advocacy.

The Rif National Party reiterated its unwavering stance:

“There will be no compromise with colonialism. The Rif will rise again—with or without recognition—because truth, dignity, and justice are on our side.”
