ALGIERS- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov hailed President Tebboune’ state visit to Russia as a “historic event.” Speaking at the Algerian-Russian Economic Forum, Bogdanov expressed confidence that the visit would enhance the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries.

Bogdanov’s remarks were echoed by Maxim Reshetnikov, the Russian Minister of Economic Development, who emphasized Algeria’ significance as a key partner for Russia in Africa. He called upon the business communities of both nations to intensify their efforts to deepen economic cooperation.
