Algeria: Safex Unveils Ambitious Program of 54 Events for 2024

Algiers, January 3, 2024 – Algeria Exhibitions, a subsidiary of the Safex Group responsible for organizing and managing events at the Palace of Expositions des Pins Maritimes, revealed its event schedule for the year 2024 on Tuesday.

According to the disclosed program, Algeria Exhibitions plans to host over 54 events across various specialized and general economic domains, a notable increase from the 35 events held in 2023.

While January’s schedule appears modest with only one event, the International Exhibition for the Beverage and Liquid Food Industry (BEVALG) scheduled from the 23rd to the 27th, February promises a more extensive lineup with eleven exhibitions on the agenda.

These include the International Hygiene Solutions Exhibition (Alger Hygiène) from the 1st to the 4th, Maghreb Pharma – the Pharmaceutical Technologies Exhibition from the 5th to the 7th, Hadj Expo from the 6th to the 10th, and the Electricity and Renewable Energies Exhibition (SEER) from the 12th to the 15th.

In addition to these, February will witness several other exhibitions, such as the Medical Tourism Exhibition (Clinica) from the 13th to the 15th, the Furniture, Furnishing, and Decoration Exhibition (Mobilia El Djazair) from the 13th to the 17th, the International Household Appliances Exhibition (SIEM) from the 15th to the 19th, and the International Agri-food and Packaging Exhibition (Agro Pack) from the 20th to the 23rd.

March is expected to host six events, including the International Aftermarket Automotive Exhibition (Equip Auto) from the 4th to the 7th, the International Printing and Packaging Technologies Exhibition (Printpack) from the 4th to the 6th, the LOGISTICAL Exhibition from the 4th to the 7th, and the International Iron and Steel Exhibition from the 5th to the 7th.

In April, the company plans to organize, among others, the Agri-food Exhibition (Djazagro) from the 22nd to the 25th and the Arab and International SMEs Conference and Exhibition (SMEX Algeria).

May is slated for the International Building Exhibition (Batimatec) from the 5th to the 9th, SIPSA-Filaha Exhibition from the 21st to the 24th, and the International Investment and Medical Tourism Exhibition (Clinvest) from May 30 to June 1.

June will witness seven exhibitions, including TexStyle Expo from the 10th to the 12th, SIEE-Pollutec from the 2nd to the 5th, and the International Fair of Algiers (FIA) from the 24th to the 29th.

August and September are marked by events such as the Back-to-School Fair (LEMSID) from the 3rd to the 14th, the International Traditional Crafts Exhibition (SIAT 2024) from the 16th to the 23rd, and the International Exhibition of Facades, Windows, and Doors (SIFFP) from the 22nd to the 25th.

October promises an extensive program with ten exhibitions, including the International Equipment and Services Exhibition for Hospitality (HORECA) from the 1st to the 4th, the Algeria Subcontracting Exhibition (ALGEST), Renov Deco, and the E-commerce and Online Services Exhibitions (ECSEL) from the 2nd to the 5th, Algeria Textile from the 6th to the 8th, and Cuisine Bain Expo from the 13th to the 15th, as well as the International Book Fair (SILA) from October 13 to November 9.

November and December are marked by events such as the International Exhibition of Ventilation, Electricity, Heating, and Air Conditioning (SIVECC) from the 18th to the 21st, the International Public Works Exhibition (SITP) from the 19th to the 23rd, Algeria WoodTech Exhibition from the 23rd to the 26th, the International Security Exhibition (SECURA), the Industrial Maintenance Exhibition (Sinaa) from the 3rd to the 5th, the Algerian Production Fair (FPA), and the Banks, Insurance, and Financial Products Exhibition (Expo Finances).
