Souakri Group in Partnership with China: A Milestone for Algerian Construction Industry

Beijing– The Souakri Group, a leading name in the construction industry, has reached a groundbreaking agreement with China for the establishment of two state-of-the-art factories. Mr. Souakri Abdelnour, the director of the Souakri Group, expressed his utmost pride in signing these crucial agreements that will bolster the construction sector in Algeria and strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations. The factories will produce carbon fiber and cement fiber sheets, adding to Algeria’s expertise in building materials and cement derivatives.

The signing ceremony took place at the prestigious People’s Palace in Beijing and was overseen by His Excellency Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the Republic of Algeria, and His Excellency Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China. In the construction industry, Mr. Souakri Abdelnour emphasized the significance of the two factories to be established in Algeria. The carbon fiber factory will have an impressive annual production capacity of about 5 million square meters, while the cement fiber sheets factory will also produce 5 million square meters annually.
