Algiers, Algeria | August 16th, 2024 — On Thursday in Algiers, Mustapha Yahi, Secretary General of the National Democratic Rally (RND), asserted that independent presidential candidate Abdelmadjid Tebboune is the “best choice” for steering Algeria through its next phase.
