Algiers, November 20, 2023- In a significant diplomatic development, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey is set to embark on an official visit to Algeria starting tomorrow, Tuesday. The visit comes in response to an invitation extended by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, signaling the countries’ commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.

High-Level Cooperation Council Meeting

The focal point of President Erdogan’s visit will be the convening of the second session of the High-Level Cooperation Council between Turkey and Algeria. Both leaders, President Erdogan and President Tebboune, are expected to preside over the council’s deliberations, addressing crucial aspects of cooperation and strategic partnership between the two nations.
