Algiers, Algeria– Sunday, July 27, 2025 | In a move underscoring Algeria’s growing industrial ambitions, VMS has taken a decisive step towards European markets by forging a strategic partnership with the Italian giant Velocifero. This agreement was signed during the high-level Algerian-Italian Business Forum, held in the presence of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Italian President Sergio Mattarella, and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

The partnership marks a new chapter for VMS, positioning the Algerian company as a key player on the continental stage. “This initiative represents a strong gateway for Algerian products to access European markets, while affirming the global competitiveness of our industrial sector,” the company stated following the signing ceremony.
The accord not only constitutes international recognition of the quality of Algerian manufacturing but also signals the first major step in VMS’s comprehensive expansion strategy into Europe.
Beyond market penetration, the strategic alliance will serve as a catalyst for knowledge transfer, enabling the integration of advanced international expertise into Algeria’s industrial ecosystem. This, in turn, is expected to enhance the capabilities of local production, promote innovation, and drive sustainable industrial growth.
