🌜Ramadan 2024: Night of Doubt, Tonight

ALGIERS- The Night of Doubt for the observation of the lunar crescent, indicating the start of the month of Ramadan, will take place on Sunday, March 10th, 2024, the National Lunar Crescent Observation Committee at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs (Endowments) announced in a communiqué.

“The National Lunar Crescent Observation Commission at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs informs all citizens that the night of doubt devoted to the observation of the lunar crescent announcing the first day of the month of Ramadan for the year 1445 Hegira / 2024 was set for Sunday, Chaâbane 29, 1445 corresponding to March 10, 2024, “read the same source.

In celebration of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him)’s tradition, a special conference devoted to the night of doubt will be organized after the Maghreb prayer at Dar Imam Sidi Abd al-Rahman al-Thaalbi, Mohammedia in Algiers and will be broadcast by the media.
