Diplomacy: Sabri Boukadoum Appointed as New Algerian Ambassador to Washington

ALGIERS- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad announced on Monday that the American Government has officially approved the appointment of Sabri Boukadoum as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the United States of America.

Sabri Boukadoum, a highly esteemed diplomat, will assume the role of ambassador, representing the Algerian national community abroad. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, having previously served in various diplomatic capacities. Boukadoum’s appointment marks a significant milestone in the diplomatic landscape, as he succeeds Mohammed Haneche, who held the position since August 2022.
