Eid El-Fitr: President Tebboune receives greetings from former Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani

ALGIERS-  President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received, on Saturday evening, a phone call from the former Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad ben Khalifa Al Thani, who congratulated him and the Algerian people on the occasion of Eid El-Fitr, indicated a press release from the Presidency of the Republic.

“The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received, on Saturday evening, a phone call from his brother Sheikh Hamad ben Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of the State of Qatar, who congratulated him and the Algerian people on the occasion of Eid El-Fitr, wishing Algeria further progress and prosperity,” the statement read.

In his turn, “Mr. President thanked his brother Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of the State of Qatar, sending him his best wishes on this happy occasion, while wishing him and the brotherly Qatari people more progress and prosperity”, according to the same source.
