“I had the immense honor—over seventy years after the launch of the glorious War of Liberation—to witness the return of the spirit of November in a proud, sovereign, and respected Algeria, where social justice and human dignity are the prevailing principles,” he declared. He added that he had worked tirelessly to institutionalize these principles through robust parliamentary mechanisms, thereby contributing to a national legislative architecture capable of supporting Algeria’s comprehensive renaissance.

Goudjil, a former mujahid of the National Liberation Army, underlined his enduring sense of responsibility to transmit the truth of Algeria’s revolutionary heritage. “The transmission of truth is a sacred duty of the mujahideen toward their homeland, the martyrs, and future generations,” he said. “I have fulfilled this obligation and delivered the message.”

He described his tenure not as an endpoint, but as a continuation of a lifetime struggle begun in his youth—first within the nationalist movement, then in armed resistance, and later through public service in various state institutions.
