The Algerian National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRAA) and the Autism Children’s Care Center “Autisma” have signed a cooperation agreement, under which a scientific study will be conducted on the role of camel milk in improving the behavior of autistic children, as part of the celebration of World Autism Day.
This scientific experiment is considered the first of its kind worldwide and in Africa, and its results are expected to be generalized to serve as a roadmap for all local and even international centers for people with intellectual disabilities.
Camel milk will also be purchased from the South, which will allow this initiative to promote and market this type of milk in the North.
