El Binaa Al Watani Movement Condemns Aggression on Lebanon, Warns Against Regional Destabilization and Calls for Decisive Arab Action

In a statement, the El Binaa Al Watani Movement denounced the ongoing aggression against Lebanon, describing it as a large-scale assault targeting civilians, infrastructure, and national sovereignty in direct violation of all established norms of warfare.
The movement affirmed that the attacks have moved beyond military confrontation to deliberately strike residential neighborhoods and the very fabric of civil life, constituting a systematic campaign aimed at imposing new realities through force, bloodshed, and the erosion of state sovereignty. It stressed that these actions form part of a broader expansionist project driven by domination and fragmentation, seeking to eliminate all forms of resistance and impose regional hegemony at the expense of Arab stability and unity.
It declared that the killing of civilians, the destruction of homes, and the targeting of essential life structures are not incidental outcomes but deliberate methods of coercion used to subjugate populations and dictate political outcomes through violence. Such acts, the movement emphasized, constitute crimes that demand firm international accountability and cannot be met with passive statements or symbolic concern.
The statement issued a direct warning that continued international silence fuels further escalation and entrenches a dangerous precedent in which force replaces law. It further criticized divisions within the Arab world, asserting that fragmentation and hesitation have weakened collective capacity and emboldened aggression.
Placing Lebanon at the heart of a wider regional confrontation, the movement affirmed that the battle extends beyond national borders and directly concerns the future of the Arab world as a whole. It rejected neutrality and partial approaches, insisting on a unified and decisive response.
In this regard, the movement called for the immediate formulation of a unified Arab position commensurate with the scale of the threat, the activation of effective political, diplomatic, and economic pressure mechanisms, and the restoration of Arab national security as a unified and indivisible principle.
Reaffirming its full and unconditional solidarity with the Lebanese people, the movement stressed the legitimacy of resisting aggression through all available means, and underscored that Arab unity is not a slogan but a necessity that must materialize in decisive action at this critical juncture.
